Hydros Power begins series production of STELION Booster Station
Hydros Power has begun the series production of STELION Booster Station, its compact electric booster for the compression of hydrogen and other technical gases.
Production begins following the completion of the equipment’s CE conformity and ATEX certification processes, marking the start of a new stage based on a standardized manufacturing model with greater capacity to meet the needs of customers, integrators and commercial projects.

Series production from Alicante
The transition to series production represents much more than an increase in the number of units manufactured. It means turning a technological development into a reproducible product, supported by defined processes and prepared to maintain the same standards of performance, quality and safety across every unit.
During this phase, Hydros Power has worked on standardizing the design, preparing the assembly processes and consolidating a supply chain capable of supporting the commercial growth of STELION Booster Station.
Production is also supported by final testing and validation procedures designed to ensure that every unit meets the performance levels and requirements defined for the product.
With this step, Hydros Power moves beyond manufacturing units solely for development purposes and enters a new stage focused on supplying equipment for hydrogen projects, industrial applications and new commercial partnerships.
An electric hydrogen booster ready for the market
STELION Booster Station is a compact, oil-free electric gas booster designed to compress hydrogen and other technical gases automatically.
Its electric operation simplifies installation by removing the need for external hydraulic or pneumatic systems, making it easier to integrate into a wide range of environments.
The equipment incorporates automatic pressure control, an HMI interface and different operating modes, enabling it to adapt to applications such as light-vehicle refuelling, hydrogen supply for laboratories and gas transfer in industrial processes.

STELION Booster Station
A new stage for commercial deployment
The start of series production will allow Hydros Power to increase the availability of STELION Booster Station and respond to new collaboration opportunities with integrators, research centres, industrial operators and companies seeking a compact hydrogen compression solution.
Within the STELION ecosystem, the booster also plays a key role in the development of distributed hydrogen models. Its integration with STELION Capsules supports a system in which hydrogen can be compressed, stored and distributed modularly, reducing dependence on large centralized refuelling stations.
This new phase will allow the company to deploy the equipment across new operating scenarios, expand its range of applications and progressively increase manufacturing capacity in line with market development. The objective remains the same: to make hydrogen compression more accessible, safer and easier for sectors where conventional solutions do not meet real operational needs.
