He specialised in hydrogen technologies through an expert course offered by ARIEMA and the Spanish Hydrogen Association.

After four years of working as a mechanical design engineer in multinational companies such as Airbus Helicopter and as CTO in a plastics recycling start-up, he decided to set up Hydros Power.

This was followed by an MA in International Business Management from the Centre for Economic and Commercial Studies and the UIMP. With more than eleven years of experience, he has held various positions of responsibility in business development, finance and investment in different companies in Spain, Thailand, Japan, England, the United States and Hong Kong.

Has also recently obtained the certificate of Financial Advisor approved by the CNMV. Together with Iván and Guillermo, he took the decision to found Hydros Power, taking on the position of CSO in order to use all his potential in the national and international expansion of the company.

This education, together with his studies in the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), has given him an in-depth knowledge of communication, marketing and strategic branding. After more than five years of work in the implementation of effective strategies for different companies and the participation in more than 12 different projects as a freelancer, he decided to found Hydros Power together with Iván and Pablo.

Currently holds the position of CMO in order to contribute to the growth and success of the startup, establishing and coordinating the different lines of communication.

Beatriz is a Chemical Engineer from the University of Alicante (UA), graduating with honors and earning the “Extraordinary Award.” Her achievements include prestigious recognitions such as the “Caja de Ingenieros Award for Best Career in Technology.” After completing her Master’s Degree in Materials Science at the UA, also with an “Extraordinary Award,” she began her doctoral thesis, earning the highest distinction of “Cum Laude.”

Following her experience at the Energy Technology Institute, Beatriz joined Hydros Power in late 2024 as CTO, taking on the responsibility of leading the Innovation and Hydrogen Storage divisions

Holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Miguel Hernández (UMH), complemented by a Technical Degree in Mechatronics.

This combination of academic and technical training has enabled him to develop advanced skills in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-pressure industrial gas systems. As Engineering Director at Bioferric Ink, he successfully led the scale-up of laboratory technologies to industrial applications.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Project Management at EAE Business School and the Institute for Continuing Education at the University of Barcelona, strengthening his abilities in leadership and strategic planning.

With experience in innovation and energy transition projects, he stands out for his technical expertise and leadership abilities in startups. Currently serves as a Product Developer Engineer at Hydros Power, contributing to the design and development of advanced hydrogen technologies.
